tried some Kenyan-style running, though much slower: separated in 20´ jogging, 20´ easy, 20´ moderate. First km 6:23, last 4:41.
Was harder to get into running then the weeks before. Yesterday´s rest including a very good night of sleep (8 hours) maybe was too much recovery. (-; or is that normal after a day off?
