Short-Term Running Goals:

  • Staying healthy while recovering from Achilles tendonitis. It isn´t 100% perfect, but running an easy pace is possible 
  • running consistently in 2018, hopefully around 2000 miles
  • Run a marathon in fall 2018

Long-Term Running Goals:

  • Staying healthy
  • Repeating my mantra again and again: Think less, run more, train smart, race better!
  • Running a marathon in 2:59 in 2019
  • Therefore: Trying to implement more & more of Malmo´s Manifesto
  • Being listed in the Mileage Board for a full week... (-:

Have you been permanently evacuated from your city or do you get to go back? Do you like your new house? Good job finding the energy to run through all that chaos.

Rhett, I live in a city with 50.000 people. We had to evacuate jusdt 2.500. It was done in a few hours. Also, my home wasn´t affected.

And yes, I really like our new house. Have a look at my today´s entry! (-;
